How does the 14-day free trial work?
The free trial gives you access to all of the great features that you would get as a paying customer for free for 14 days. You can cancel at any time during your trial and you won't be charged. If you love it, then you don't have to do anything and your paid subscription will start at the end of the 14 day trial.
Are there any setup fees?
Nope, in fact we have a complimentary on-boarding team that will help you setup you first job form and first employee within Pipehire.
Can we cancel at any time?
Pipehire is month-to-month, with no contract required. You can cancel anytime without penalty. In addition, we'll refund any unused months if you prepaid for one year at your request.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, you get a discount when you pay for a year upfront.
Can I have more than one user within Pipehire?
Yes! Depending on the plan you pick, you will have different user accounts/ We know that most teams are made up of more than one person, and we want you to be able to divide up the work however you like. Each account comes with all the features, so you don't have to worry about having any one person lose out on anything!.
Will I be charged when our free trial period
is over?
Yes, you will be charged when the free trial period ends.
But don't worry! We'll let you know at least few days before your free trial period is over, so you can decide how to proceed. We believe in fair and honest pricing, so we don't have any hidden fees or contract terms that would make you pay more than what's stated in your order details.
Can I switch/downgrade plans?
Absolutely, within your dashboard you can upgrade and downgrade the plan that fits you best. Don't know which plan works best for you? Contact us.
Will my company employee data will be safe?
We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. All Pipehire plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
Is Pipehire available on mobile or tablet?
Pipehire works best on desktops. Some features may work on mobile/tablet but for the best experience, open in a desktop browser.

Can I embed Pipehire Job Offer into my website?
We make it easy for you to add your job offer form to your site. You can choose from our standard embed or iFrame to work with sites like Squarespace, WIX, Wordpress, etc.
Can I publish my company job offer on job board platforms?
Yes, Pipehire provides a publishing feature that allows users to publish the job offer to different job boards around the web. This feature is included for all the plans.
With this feature, you can get your jobs in front of more people. In addition, when you have a job opening, you can post it on multiple sites at once and save time by not having to update each site individually.
Can  applicants schedule interviews via Pipehire?
Yes! Applicants can schedule their interviews through Pipehire. They will receive a notification via SMS/Email to confirm or decline the interview invitation. Pipehire also offers integration with Calendly for users who prefer this system, allowing you to manage your calendar from within Calendly easily.
Is it possible to run background checks from Pipehire?
Background checks are a great way to ensure you're working with people who have been adequately vetted and can be trusted. But what if you could speed up the process of running background checks? At Pipehire, we make it easy and fast for you to run the background checks you need. It usually takes between 1 hour and 24 hours for background checks to complete.
Can I track anniversaries, birthdays, expired documents, and complaints with Pipehire?
Pipehire automatically creates reminders for future expirations, birthdays, anniversaries, and complaints, so you can easily renew before any problems arise. Easy to track employee compliments and complaints.
Does Pipehire provide analytics on each of my job offers (application)?
We know how important it is to have a good grasp of numbers. That's why we provide you with analytics and stats to see how many visitors, completed applications, and successful hires have been made. You can also see the conversion ratio and how many applicants have become  employees.
